An ordinary adjustment can be explored as a sentence before anything moves. You might describe bringing a familiar object within easier reach or choosing a different place for reading. The note can make the option concrete.
You do not have to test it. If you do choose an adjustment that is comfortable and safe, the observation can be simple: you preferred it, did not prefer it, or were unsure. Nothing about you needs a rating.
One question
What available version would I like to describe before choosing about it?
One small practice
On paper, name an ordinary activity and a small, safe adjustment to its surroundings. Describe what the available version would look like. Keep the sentence about the setting rather than an expected effect on you.
Complete: "An available version I could choose is ____." You can stop after the sketch. No test or change in how you feel is required.
Use paper or a private note. Nothing needs to be submitted.
Your note stays in this browser.

Questions people ask
What if I try it and prefer the original setting?
You can record that preference without turning it into a failed experiment. The exercise leaves the choice with you. A small adjustment does not have to become the version you keep, and no improvement needs to be reported.
Can I complete the practice without moving anything?
Yes. The practice is the written sketch of an available version. You can describe it and stop. There is no need to change a position, move an object, or carry out a test to make the note complete.
