You may have made an optional demand smaller, kept it as it was, or only considered another version. Any of those experiences can give you something concrete to remember about what fits your day.
Choose an observation rather than a new rule. You might want to keep an adjustment in a particular setting, or leave it for now. The end of the collection does not require a simpler or more efficient life.
One question
What did I notice about a demand and the room I wanted around it?
One small practice
Look at a note from this theme, or recall an ordinary demand from today. Write something specific about the version you considered and how it fit your actual circumstances. Do not supply a result you did not observe.
Finish: "Something worth remembering about this demand is ____." You can stop here. No repeating routine or claim of improvement is required.
Use paper or a private note. Nothing needs to be submitted.

Questions people ask
Can I keep an adjustment only for one setting?
Yes. The sentence can describe where an adjustment fitted without turning it into a rule for every day. You can keep the setting visible in your note and reconsider the version when the circumstances are different.
What if I only considered a change?
You can record what you noticed while considering it. There is no need to claim that a task changed or room appeared. The practice asks for an honest observation, and planning can remain distinct from trying an adjustment.
