Take an honest sentence across the turn

Carry something from your actual experience while leaving the next year unwritten.

Week 4B · 8 of 8 · 2 min read

A new calendar can arrive while your questions and circumstances continue. You do not need to erase what came before or decide the shape of the next year. A sentence can hold something you want to remember.

It might name a preference, an unfinished question, or a small practice you would like available. Let it come from experience you actually have. The sentence does not have to forecast how anything will turn out.

One question

What honest sentence would I like to carry into the next part?

One small practice

Choose an observation you want available beyond this collection. Write it plainly, keeping it about something you noticed rather than a prediction or a pledge. Paper or a private note is enough.

Complete: "What I want to carry with me is ____." You can stop here. The next year can remain unwritten, and this sentence does not need to become a resolution.

Use paper or a private note. Nothing needs to be submitted.

Your note stays in this browser.

Questions people ask

Must the sentence be about the whole year?

No. It can come from a recent moment or an unfinished question. The practice asks for something you want to carry, rather than a summary of every experience. Keep the scope small enough to describe honestly.

Does the shared calendar mean I start from zero?

Your notes and experience can continue when the calendar turns. This reflection does not ask you to erase them or begin again. You can keep the sentence available without making it a plan for the whole next year.
