Optional Week 5B · The Talents collection
You are allowed to enjoy an experiment and still decide not to make it a habit.
The value of exploring an ability is not measured only by how long you keep doing it.
One question
What would I genuinely like to do with one interest I have explored?
One small practice
Choose one interest and place it beside one of three words in a private note: keep, pause, or leave.
Add a short reason that describes your current preference. You can change your mind later.
The aim is a choice that feels like yours, not another commitment to maintain.
Use paper or a private note. Nothing needs to be submitted.
Give this practice a place in your week.
Talents is one theme in YOUR YEAR. You can keep exploring for free. If a regular rhythm would help, Member connects the shared theme with Notice → Understand → Try → Reflect and your Personal Map.
Explore the Member pathMember is $49/month. Enrollment is not open; a written program preview is available.
Guided includes that complete path plus two live group sessions for $175/month total. Live support is optional.
Questions people ask
How do I know what my talents are if nothing feels special?
Begin with one ordinary action: something you noticed, explained, arranged, made, or listened to. You do not have to decide whether it is exceptional to describe what you did.
What if I'm good at something but don't enjoy it?
An ability and a preference can be different. You can recognize what you bring without promising to use it more often or making it another responsibility.
