Week 3B · The Talents collection
You do not have to sign up for a course to find out whether something interests you.
Today's practice is a small experiment with no promise attached.
One question
What would a five-minute version of this curiosity look like?
One small practice
Choose one interest you can explore with what you already have. Try its smallest accessible version for a few minutes, or simply plan that version if now is not a practical time.
Afterward, keep one sentence: "I noticed ____."
Interest, indifference, frustration, or a wish to try again are all observations. None means you passed or failed a talent test.
Use paper or a private note. Nothing needs to be submitted.
Give this practice a place in your week.
Talents is one theme in YOUR YEAR. You can keep exploring for free. If a regular rhythm would help, Member connects the shared theme with Notice → Understand → Try → Reflect and your Personal Map.
Explore the Member pathMember is $49/month. Enrollment is not open; a written program preview is available.
Guided includes that complete path plus two live group sessions for $175/month total. Live support is optional.
Questions people ask
How do I know what my talents are if nothing feels special?
Begin with one ordinary action: something you noticed, explained, arranged, made, or listened to. You do not have to decide whether it is exceptional to describe what you did.
What if I'm good at something but don't enjoy it?
An ability and a preference can be different. You can recognize what you bring without promising to use it more often or making it another responsibility.
