Your talents do not have to earn your place

Notice what you contribute without making usefulness a requirement.

Week 4A · The Talents collection

This month has invited you to recognize abilities you may overlook.

It is not an invitation to become indispensable or to measure your place in a relationship by how much you provide.

One question

What do I value about myself when I am not solving a problem for someone else?

One small practice

Think of an ordinary moment when you felt interested, amused, thoughtful, or simply at ease. Name one quality present in that moment.

Write: "This is part of me, even when no one needs it from me."

You do not need to choose a grand word. A simple description is enough.

Use paper or a private note. Nothing needs to be submitted.

Give this practice a place in your week.

Talents is one theme in YOUR YEAR. You can keep exploring for free. If a regular rhythm would help, Member connects the shared theme with Notice → Understand → Try → Reflect and your Personal Map.

Explore the Member path

Member is $49/month. Enrollment is not open; a written program preview is available.

Guided includes that complete path plus two live group sessions for $175/month total. Live support is optional.

Questions people ask

How do I know what my talents are if nothing feels special?

Begin with one ordinary action: something you noticed, explained, arranged, made, or listened to. You do not have to decide whether it is exceptional to describe what you did.

What if I'm good at something but don't enjoy it?

An ability and a preference can be different. You can recognize what you bring without promising to use it more often or making it another responsibility.

Five questions, one small practice. Free, no email.
