Week 1A · The Talents collection
You may not call it a talent.
Perhaps you explain something clearly, remember the detail everyone else missed, make a meal from what is available, or help a conversation find its way.
For this month's exploration, a talent does not need a certificate or an audience. We are starting with actions you actually take.
One question
What did I do recently that I would appreciate if someone else had done it?
One small practice
Choose one ordinary moment from the past week. Write what you did using an action word: noticed, organized, explained, made, listened, or another word that fits.
For now, stop at the action. You do not need to prove that it is exceptional.
Use paper or a private note. Nothing needs to be submitted.
Give this practice a place in your week.
Talents is one theme in YOUR YEAR. You can keep exploring for free. If a regular rhythm would help, Member connects the shared theme with Notice → Understand → Try → Reflect and your Personal Map.
Explore the Member pathMember is $49/month. Enrollment is not open; a written program preview is available.
Guided includes that complete path plus two live group sessions for $175/month total. Live support is optional.
Questions people ask
How do I know what my talents are if nothing feels special?
Begin with one ordinary action: something you noticed, explained, arranged, made, or listened to. You do not have to decide whether it is exceptional to describe what you did.
What if I'm good at something but don't enjoy it?
An ability and a preference can be different. You can recognize what you bring without promising to use it more often or making it another responsibility.
